e-Library for important Judgements / Articles / Notes from Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and West Bengal
During All State Tribunals meet at National Law Conference on 25th & 26th February’2023, it was mutually decided to prepare and launch a portal having single window access to the information being provided by the State Administrative Tribunals of Maharashtra, Kerala, Karnataka and West Bengal for all the stakeholders. The resources made available may be useful for members of tribunals, Administrators, Legal Practitioners, Litigants, Faculty & Students of Law schools.
The objective behind the website is to provide a single window access to the information being provided by the State Administrative Tribunal’s for their stakeholders. An attempt has been made through this website to provide comprehensive, accurate, reliable and one stop source of e-library for important Judgements of different State Administrative Tribunals of Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and West Bengal. In addition to this Important articles and Research notes shall also be added in this e-library of State Administrative Tribunal. This website conforms to the broad guidelines of the Central Government.
Important Judgements, Articles and Research Notes, specifically related with State Service matters, shall be added in this website, after due scrutiny by respective State Tribunals.
Important Articles and Research Notes can be contributed by Advocates, Legal Community, Litigants and Students. Those who wish to contribute their articles / notes may sent a document in PDF format to the Registrars of State Tribunals. Documents approved by the Scrutiny committee of State Tribunals shall be uploaded by Registrars of respective State Tribunals.
